The P023H005-V2 is a 2.31-inch TFT LCD display module tailored for use in medical equipment and other industrial sectors where high reliability is necessary. It comes with a built-in ILITEK ILI9342C, a high-performance driver chip, along with a 320 × 240 pixel resolution that ensures accurate color representation and very stable performance of the display, thus fulfilling the image quality and reliability requirements of medical monitoring, portable diagnostic instruments, and industrial control panel applications that are both exacting and demanding.
The module sports a 46.75mm × 35.06mm active display area, a pixel pitch of 146.1μm × 146.1μm, and an RGB vertical stripe pixel arrangement, with the ability to reproduce 262K colors showing rich gradients and detailed, lifelike images. It adopts a Normally Black display mode which gives a deep black when the unit is unpowered and has a contrast ratio reaching up to 600:1. This makes certain that dark scenes in detail are well discernible and bright areas have good layering. Hence, this display type is very suitable for use in displaying medical images, waveforms, and dark UI interfaces. The display brightness is 300 cd/m², and it is backed by a WLED side-entry backlight which ensures soft and uniform illumination, helping to lower visual fatigue over a long duration of use, and is thus compatible with medical devices which are used for prolonged continuous operation.
