We custom-made a 3.5-inch industrial-grade intercom display for a top communication equipment manufacturer, featuring a high-brightness IPS fully laminated touch screen and meeting IP67 protection standards. To address the industry's unique requirements, we not only upgraded the shock resistant frame but also designed the exterior with anti-slip texture, which guarantees the device will work reliably in harsh environment. The device comes with a smart light-sensing adjustment feature that can automatically change the display mode between day and night according to the surrounding light, thus making it much easier to see and operate, especially when working outdoors.
We custom-made a 5-inch medical-grade touch display for a famous medical device manufacturer using a high-resolution IPS fully laminated panel, Class B electromagnetic compatibility standard compliant. Besides medical on ergonomics requirements, we also implemented antibacterials bezels and an anti-glare design to make sure equipment can work steadily in complex environments such as operating rooms. The screen comes with a system that intelligently adjusts to the ambient light and can optimize display settings automatically, thus not only significantly reducing the visual fatigue of medical personnel but also enhancing their diagnostic and treatment work efficiency.
We made a 3.5-inch high-precision temperature control display for a well-known HVAC brand, which utilized the full-view IPS full lamination technology, and multi-touch operation was also supported. Meeting the requirements of a home environment, we went for ultra-thin bezels and a design based on rounded corners, thus perfectly fitting the style of modern interior decoration.
