Customized design and development of a 3.5-inch industrial-grade intercom display for a leading communication equipment manufacturer where the display was a high-brightness IPS fully laminated touch screen meeting IP67 protection standards. Additional features included the optimized shock-resistant frame and the anti-slip texture design, which were specially made for the unique requirements of the industry, thereby achieving stable operation when used in the harsh environment. The implementation of the intelligent light-sensing adjustment technology in the screen allows for automatic changes from day to night display modes based on the surrounding light, greatly improving the level of visibility and the overall efficiency of operations carried out outdoors.
We custom-made a 5-inch medical-grade touch display for a famous medical device manufacturer using a high-resolution IPS fully laminated panel, Class B electromagnetic compatibility standard compliant. Besides medical on ergonomics requirements, we also implemented antibacterials bezels and an anti-glare design to make sure equipment can work steadily in complex environments such as operating rooms. The screen comes with a system that intelligently adjusts to the ambient light and can optimize display settings automatically, thus not only significantly reducing the visual fatigue of medical personnel but also enhancing their diagnostic and treatment work efficiency.
